Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to addresses within Canada.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 6–9 business days, plus 2–3 business days for order processing.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery on the carrier’s website.
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Contact support@cairnscloset.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you full return instructions and the correct return address.
Q: Are return shipping costs covered?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
