Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

All components and accessories must be included.

Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or improper handling will not be accepted.

For hygiene-related products, items must be unopened and unused.

Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After that time, processing begins and we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

Refunds
Refunds are available for approved cancellations and eligible returns.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval or arrival at our warehouse.
